Chema Madoz
Chema Madoz is very well known for his surrealist photography, I have always been a fan of the quirky and abstract things in life so when I saw his work I knew I had to write about him. When thinking about what to do for my final project I knew I wanted to do more portrait photography because the model I used truly portrayed the mood and aesthetic I was going for. Madoz uses more objects than people for his photographs, which I feel is evidence of his talent because not every object can be manipulated. This first photograph is my favorite! It left me speechless and I now have a mission for the summer to photograph objects in ways that you would not think of photographing them.
